We do not ship or check emails, customer service, or order statuses over the weekend or holidays. Please send your message to the appropriate email address below, and we will do our best to get back in touch with you within a day.
Carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” before they are dropped off. If you received notification that your order was delivered but you haven't received it yet, you should get in touch with your local USPS office (or other shipping carrier, if you chose another method). Please contact the carrier/local post office if it’s been more than 4 hours since you received a delivery notification.
Unfortunately, once the product leaves our facility, there isn't much we can do beyond getting in touch with the shipping carrier.
Sadly, packages do get lost, stolen, and/or destroyed in transit, and working with the shipping carrier is the best way to resolve the matter.
Returns & Exchanges
As of August 15, 2022, items can only be returned for store credit.
