When will products that are out of stock be restocked?

Most of our collections contain exclusive fabrics and materials. As a result, every single product we produce has the potential to sell out, and be gone forever.

If a product you love is out of stock, add yourself to the waitlist by clicking "GET NOTIFIED WHEN WE RESTOCK" button on the product page. You will be the first to know when and if that product is remade.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping to domestic customers that order over $250. Please read our shipping policy.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell to wholesalers at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We use both USPS and DHL for international orders.

Do we handle custom orders?

No, unfortunately we do not currently handle custom orders. If at some point in the future we decide to start doing custom collaborations and special orders, you'll be sure to know about it through our newsletter and/or website and social media profiles.

Do you collaborate with influencers?

We handle all collaborations on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special request, please email accounts[at]shopFKSP.com with your inquiry. The more details you provide, the better. Please don't forget to include a callback number and the best time to reach you.

I'm a stylist and would like to pull for a celebrity / actress / model / influencer. How can I arrange a pull session / request?

It's always best to know right off the bat who the celeb/personality is, what event/show the pull is for, timeframe, and budget.

Your site says my item was delivered, but I have no received it yet. What do I do?

If you received notification that your order was delivered by you haven't received it yet, you should get in touch with your local USPS office (or other shipping carrier, if you chose another method).

Unfortunately, once the product leaves our facility, there isn't much we can do beyond getting in touch with the shipping carrier.

Sadly, packages do get lost, stolen, and/or destroyed in transit, and working with the shipping carrier is the best way to resolve the matter.

I ordered internationally; where can I find my tracking number?

Unfortunately, we can't track packages in international territories.

I need my order by XX/XX; what are my options?

We offer fast shipping through USPS and UPS, domestically, and through USPS and DHL internationally. Please select the appropriate shipping method in checkout.

I've ordered with you many times; how come I don't get free shipping?

We currently only offer free shipping on domestic orders over $250. We have many customers who order with us every single collection (and have for years) who still pay for shipping, unless they spend over $250.

How do I exchange or return my items?

First and foremost, please make sure that you've read our entire refund policy, as it explains things in great detail.

Why didn't I get a full refund when I returned my item(s)?

We do not refund shipping. That is likely why your entire purchase price was not refunded.

I'm past the 8 days in your return policy. What can I do?

We are very clear about our 8 day policy. It is all over our site, and we stick to it. Eight days is plenty of time to receive your package, try it on, and to return it if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason whatsoever.

I returned my package, but you sent it back. Why?

We return items to customers if they were returned outside the return window, and also for damage that was as a result of wear or mistreatment of our products. This can include things like coming back smelling of pets, smoke, and/or perfume, and will certain apply to stains, especially those found in the underarm or in the pelvic region.
