As of August 15, 2022, items can only be returned for store credit.

We do not refund shipping. That is likely why your entire purchase price was not credited.

We return items to customers if they were returned outside the return window, and also for damage that was as a result of wear or mistreatment of our products. This can include things like coming back smelling of pets, smoke, and/or perfume, and will certain apply to stains, especially those found in the underarm or in the pelvic region.

Simply, you cannot. All international orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept and will not process international returns. We do not offer exchanges on international orders. We no longer ship international via USPS. Only DHL.
