ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging in which it was received. Eligibility for store credit and/or exchanges will not be granted unless ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The hang tag and labels are intact
  • No perfume / Febreze scent
  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric
  • No stains on the garment
  • All returns / exchanges must have existing RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns / exchanges received without approved or corresponding RMA numbers through our portal will be refused.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.

We stand behind our goods and services and of course want our customers to be satisfied with their items. Before every package leaves our facility, it is carefully checked by our fulfillment team. If you receive an item that has any damage, you must notify our Customer Service team immediately, so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

DOMESTIC

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept and will not process international returns nor exchanges. We only use DHL for international shipping.

OPENING PACKAGES

Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.

STORE CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified electronically of the status of your return request.

All returns will be granted via a FKSP Gift Card. When returning a gift, you'll receive your return on a FKSP Gift Card, as well. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards; sale items.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale. As such, sale items or promotional items (when a discount code is applied) cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you request an exchange for the same item, please contact Customer Care via email at: customerservice@shopfksp.com. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If your item(s) meet all of the necessary conditions for returns and exchanges, please visit: https://shopfksp.com/tools/returns. Once completed with the return portal, fold and pack your item(s) nicely, and mail to the address provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying for items to be returned.

Customers should always consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75.

FKSP is not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost in transit. We will not replace items that don’t make it back to us. Receipt of returned merchandise cannot be guaranteed.
